Glow İsimli Erasmus Projemizin "The Voices Of Tomorrow" İsimli Etwinning Projesinin İlk Toplantısı Başarıyla Gerçekleştirildi

GLOW isimli Erasmus projemizin "The Voices of Tomorrow" isimli eTwinning Projesinin ilk koordinasyon toplantısı, İspanya, İtalya ve Türkiye'den proje ortaklarının aktif katılımıyla çevrimiçi olarak gerçekleştirildi. Toplantı, iş birliğini güçlendirme ve önümüzdeki aylar için net hedefler belirleme yolunda önemli bir adım oldu.

Katılımcılar arasında İspanya'dan Miriam (CEIP Federico Maicas), İtalya'dan Serena ve Maria (Liceo Scienze Umane Mons. Teotista Panzeca) ve Türkiye'den Emrah, Ferhat ve Özcan (Tokat Fen Lisesi ve Koyulhisar Cumhuriyet Ortaokulu) yer aldı.

Toplantıda aşağıdaki önemli noktalar ele alındı:

Yaklaşan Tokat Hareketliliği (15-19 Kasım 2025) için konaklama, ulaşım ve gerekli belgelerin Google Drive'a yüklenmesi gibi hazırlıklar.

Projenin sosyal medyadaki görünürlüğünü artırma ve daha fazla öğrenci ve öğretmenin proje hesaplarıyla etkileşim kurmasını teşvik etme stratejileri.

Yaklaşan faaliyetler için son tarihler ve tüm ortakların zamanında başvuruda bulunmasının önemi.

Yerel topluluklarda görünürlüğü sağlamak için ortak okulların resmi web sitelerinde projeyle ilgili haberlerin yayınlanması.

Her ortağın projedeki rol ve sorumluluklarının hatırlatılması.

Her okulun 10-15 öğrenciyi dahil ederek çıktıları TwinSpace'e yüklemesi ile aylık eTwinning faaliyetlerine öğrencilerin aktif katılımının gerekliliği.

Toplantı, tüm ortakların iş birliği içinde çalışma ve projenin başarısını sağlama konusunda güçlü bir kararlılıkla sona erdi. Ortaklar, proje hedeflerine ulaşmada öğrenci katılımının, yaratıcılığın ve zamanında koordinasyonun önemini vurguladılar.

Bu ilk toplantı, uluslararası iş birliği ruhunu vurguladı ve "The Voices of Tomorrow" projesinde verimli bir yolculuğun temelini attı.

First Meeting of “The Voices of Tomorrow by GLOW” eTwinning Project Successfully Held

The first coordination meeting of the “The Voices of Tomorrow” eTwinning project was held online with the active participation of project partners from Spain, Italy, and Türkiye. The meeting served as an important step in strengthening cooperation and setting clear goals for the upcoming months.

Participants included Miriam from Spain (CEIP Federico Maicas), Serena and Maria from Italy (Liceo Scienze Umane Mons. Teotista Panzeca), and Emrah, Ferhat, and Özcan from Türkiye (Tokat Fen Lisesi and Koyulhisar Cumhuriyet Ortaokulu).

During the meeting, the following key points were discussed:

Preparations for the upcoming Tokat Mobility (15–19 November 2025), including accommodation, transportation, and uploading essential documents to Google Drive.
Strategies for enhancing the project’s visibility on social media, encouraging more students and teachers to engage with the project accounts.
Deadlines for upcoming activities and the importance of timely submissions by all partners.
Publication of project-related news on partner schools’ official websites to ensure visibility within local communities.
A reminder of each partner’s roles and responsibilities within the project.
The need for active student participation in monthly eTwinning activities, with each school involving 10–15 students and uploading outputs to TwinSpace.

The meeting concluded with a strong commitment from all partners to work collaboratively and ensure the success of the project. The partners emphasized the importance of student engagement, creativity, and timely coordination in achieving the project’s objectives.

This first meeting highlighted the spirit of international cooperation and set the foundation for a fruitful journey ahead in the “Voices of Tomorrow” project.
